Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Deposits – a nonrefundable deposit of $1,200 secures your place on the tour and is non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by the organizer. The tour organizer requires a minimum of 4 people for the trip to proceed. This decision will be made by Jan 31st or later by agreement of all prepaid participants. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of the trip cancellation.
Final Payment – The balance of the total tour price is due no later than Mar. 31, 2019. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation fees are assessed as follows. Notification of cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellations from Jan 31- Mar 30, 2019 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations after Mar. 31 are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Unused portions: Unused portions of any part of the Tour or nonattendance at any scheduled events are non-refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IMPORTANT NOTE: To avoid major cancellation charges, it is strongly recommended that the trip participant purchase medical and travel insurance, including trip cancellation/trip interruption. If you have an annual medical travel policy check the number of days you are insured for.

Consumer Disclosure Notice Disclaimer of Liability
TCC, its general agents and local agents give notice that all tickets and coupons issued by them and all arrangements for transport and conveyance, or for hotel accommodations, are made by them as agents only on the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or default of the proprietor or servant. The operators and/or associated companies accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in train, steamer, or other services, sickness, weather, epidemics, quarantine, strikes, Acts of God, or other causes. All tour itineraries may be affected by alterations in steamship, air or railroad services or by other causes. TCC reserves the right to cancel a not guaranteed tour prior to departure. In such cases, full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement with the trip participant. TCC accepts no responsibility for theft of any articles, currency or possession of the trip participant during the duration of the Tour. Furthermore, TCC shall not be liable for any theft in any form, injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity and/or for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in train, steamer, or other services, sickness, weather, epidemics, quarantine, strikes, Acts of God, or other causes incurred by the trip participant while not engaged in any aspect of the Tour, or for greater clarity while “not on Tour time”. TCC will not assume any additional expenses.
Accommodations: Based on twin-bedded rooms with bath or shower as indicated. You are assigned accommodations as the guest of the facility selected. TCC reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category. In some cases due to a lack of accommodation in an area there may be a room with triple occupancy.
Airfare: The cost of airfare is separate and does not form part of the Tour Price. Airfare must be purchased by the trip participant.
Credit card payment via PayPal: TCC processes all its credit card charges via PayPal.
Health/Fitness Level: Trip participants should be healthy and active. By making the nonrefundable deposit, the trip participant certifies that she does not have any physical condition(s) and/or disability(ies) that could create a hazard for the trip participant or any other participants of the Tour. The Tour requires a moderate level of fitness and mobility. In the event the trip participant’s medical condition changes after signing up for the Tour and paying the nonrefundable deposit, the trip participate must advise TCC forthwith of such changes in medical condition.
Hotels: The Tour package includes sixteen (16) nights accommodation. When necessary, hotel substitutions shall be of similar quality and standard.
Local Hosts and Guides: Trip Leaders are subject to availability and will be hosting your itinerary wherever possible. However, due to scheduling or circumstances beyond our control, there may be some times when the featured person is not available. If this occurs, TCC will provide a comparable and experienced substitute.
Meals: Breakfast is included as part of the package and is the only meal provided as part of the package. Any foods or beverages not included in the package and purchased by you will be at additional cost.
Not Included: Items of a personal nature such as laundry, drinks and telephone calls, as well as any item that is not specifically detailed in the brochure or final trip itinerary.
Passports: A valid passport must be held by each passenger. For Europe your passport must be valid for 90 days following the date of departure from the Schengen area. You can travel for 90 days in the Schengen area without a visa. If you are landing in or travelling from the US as part of the journey the passport must be valid for 6 months following the return date. Make sure there are sufficient blank pages to accommodate all necessary entry/exit stamps.
Tour Prices (Land Only): All prices for the tour are for accommodation and services outside of Canada for the period covered by the dates of the tour and are not subject to GST.
On advancement of deposit to this agency, the depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above stated terms & conditions. Valid from Nov 1, 2018-Jun 30 2019.
